New Poll: Last Spot in the Rotation

It was recently announced that Carlos Carrasco was placed on the 15-day DL due to elbow inflammation. Due to this, David Huff is expected to start in Carrasco’s place on Saturday.

Huff is 1-1 on the year with a 0.51 ERA, and deserves the callup. Assuming that he is the pitcher called up on Saturday, he will remain on the roster until Carrasco comes off of the DL. However, Carrasco must also finish serving his suspension that was given to him after he threw at the head of Royals’ Billy Butler.

This leaves Carrasco out of the picture until the end of August. If Huff has a few great outings, he might be poised to take over Carrasco’s spot in the rotation. This is simply speculation, but this question is what the new poll asks.

Would you rather have Carrasco or Huff in the rotation? Make sure to vote and make your voice heard.
