Adam Plutko Exacts Measure Of Revenge Against TinCaps

More from Cleveland Guardians Prospects

Only three games on the farm last night but one performance stood out more than the rest.

After winning the Midwest Leagues Pitcher of the Week Award two weeks ago the Fort Wayne TinCaps tuned Adam Plutko up for seven runs (all earned) in just four innings of work.

He didn’t have to wait long for his shot at redemption as faced them last night holding them to just two runs (one earned) in seven innings on just three hits adding seven strikeouts while only issuing one walk.

Plutko was drafted by the Tribe in the 11th round of the 2013 draft from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and is rated the 18th best prospect in the Indians organization by Baseball America.
