Nick Swisher delivered a much needed walkoff Grand Slam to lead the Cleveland Indians over the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday afternoon at Progressive Field.
It was the first walkoff Grand Slam for an Indians player since Travis Hafner belted one of Luis Perez of the Toronto Blue Jays with 1-out in the bottom of the ninth and the Tribe trailing 4-1. (Read Zach Meisel’s Game Recap HERE)
