The Cleveland Indians Should Hit More Home Runs

The 2014 Cleveland Indians finished with 85 wins, their 669 runs scored putting them at seventh in the American League. Runs, as continued Sabermetrics studies have informed us, are what it takes to win games. The more you score, the better chance you have. Those 85 wins were enough to place the Tribe in third place in the AL Central and just out of the playoffs. Baseball mattered until damn near the last day. But October is the goal,  where we all want to be. The Indians should score more runs this year I think, to increase their chances of getting there. For that reason I have an idea for the offense to utilize, if they hope for meaningful ball as the leaves change and an eventual shot at the Commissioner’s Trophy. I think the Cleveland Indians should hit more home runs.
