Cleveland Indians Roundup: Free agent rumors continue

Spring Training approaches, but are the Cleveland Indians done making moves? A few lukewarm rumors remain, but it’s about time to put those to rest and play some baseball.

With Spring Training upon us, the Cleveland Indians could still make a few late additions of free agents who are still looking for a team to play for in 2016. Third base still remains a question, as well as the two corner outfield spots. The Tribe seems set in the rotation with a spring battle to be had for the final two spots, but the bullpen could still see an upgrade. There are still plenty of names available, but will any fit in Cleveland?

Let’s Go Tribe put together a lineup from all the free agents the Indians have been linked to this winter, and it’s an interesting one, to say the least. There would be a few things the Indians would need to hammer out, but it has potential. It may also bring back backyard phrases such as “ghost runner on first”, which will bring back memories for many.

2016 is going to be a great season in Major League Baseball. From David Ortiz and Vin Scully saying goodbye in their final season to milestones that are likely to be set–be sure to know how to plan for what should be a super year in baseball.
