We recently took part in a Cleveland Indians preview as the march toward the beginning of the 2017 regular season continues.

It is finally March, which means the Cleveland Indians are just one month away from beginning the 2017 regular season. It will be a special season as the team looks to avenge their loss in the World Series, which allows the preseason hype to be at near record highs.

Baseball fans around the nation are curious as to how the Indians will perform in 2017, leading us to take part in another preview, this time on cardsconclave.com.

The preview was part of their “Playing Pepper” series, in which several writers covering each MLB team give their take on the upcoming season for their respective team.

Be sure to check it out, as we cover everything from the heartbreak of how the 2016 season ended to my favorite Indians player.

Doing Indians previews were always fun, but there is a different feel to the 2017 preseason. There is always a lot of hype before a season begins, but it is legitimate this year. It may be a stretch to say the Indians are the clear favorites to win it all, but they are certainly one of the favorites.

And while doing these previews brings up the pain of last season, it also allows us all to begin the process of moving forward. Only one team can win a championship each year, so now that the Chicago Cubs got theirs, perhaps it is time for the Indians to bring one home.
