One month of the 2013 Major League season is in the books. Over the course of the past 30 days we’ve learned a lot about the Indians. We’ve learned that they can hit the long ball and put crooked numbers on the board with the best of them, but we’ve also learned they can go days at a time without any sort of offensive explosion. It’s the type of up and down performance than can place added pressure on an already highly strained pitching staff. The 2013 season has finally started and so far, so good for the Indians. Of course, with the calendar officially flipped to April that means it is time, once again, for another installment of the Cleveland Indians Power Rankings. With the roster officially set and roles clearly defined, this committee of one can now focus its attention on the players we will be seeing day in and day out for the next six months. (more…)

March Cleveland Indians Power Rankings

It’s a new month and along with it comes a brand new set of power rankings for the Cleveland Indians. A lot has changed in the 28 days or so since our last installment. For starters, the Indians have made several changes and key additions since our February edition that will help play a part in this. Second, the Indians are actually playing games now. Granted, they still don’t count for much of anything, but at least we have actual on field production with which to help mold this list. (more…)
