Major kudos also has to be given to David Huff. In only his second start of the year, Huff threw 5.2 quality innings and shut down the Royals. His final line for the day: 1 run on 3 hits and a walk with a strikeout. He certainly made a case for why he should be in next year’s rotation and when you take into account his prior start and the short run of success he had last year, it’s a compelling argument. (more…)
